Forklifting access for Mezzanine stands only. Vehicles to arrive for unloading and lifting prior to 1200hrs. All lifting to be booked with the official lifting contractor, DSV. No build to take place during this time, lifting only.

Forklift deliver access for ground floor and Mezzanine stands as booked with DSV. Floorcovering, deliveries and stand building commences as per schedule (to be confirmed by the organisers) No forklifting onto the mezzanine after this time.

Space only build begins for Ground Floor, Mezzanine and Gallery Level stands. Construction waste is required to be taken away each day. No early access or late work possible.

Space only build continues for Ground Floor, Mezzanine and Gallery Level stands.

Trad Shell Scheme access for interior decoration including Designer Row and Innovation Gallery stands.

Space only build and interior dressing of Trad Shell Scheme stands continues. All stand build to be complete, litter, stand construction materials and tools to be removed from the halls by 1100hrs. |

Stand dressing only.

All stands must be completely dressed, and contractors clear of the halls no later than 1400hrs on Tuesday 4 February ready for the Opening Afternoon at 1600hrs.

Breakdown begins approx. 1730hrs once visitors have cleared the halls. Contractors will not be allowed access for breakdown until all it is deemed safe to do so. All shell scheme stand exhibits and dressing must be removed from the hall by 2200hrs. All Ground floor and Gallery Level space only stands must be dismantled and removed from the hall by 2200hrs.

Removal of Mezzanine space only stand fittings only. Hall to be completely clear by 1400hrs when tenancy of the hall ends, a new event begins.

Forklifting access for Mezzanine stands only. Vehicles to arrive for reloading prior to 1200hrs. All lifting to be booked with the official lifting contractor, DSV. Forklifting off the mezzanine is only possible from this time. |
SDS is a TRADE ONLY event and persons under the age of 16 will not be admitted into the Exhibition Hall during build-up and breakdown. Children under the age of 16 will be allowed into the show during the open period with a responsible adult and a child waiver must be signed on entry. NO PUSHCHAIRS will be permitted in the hall at any time.
