James Dixon
James currently works for Darling Associates Architects, and is working on a number of London-based mixed-use residential-led schemes.
James passionately believes that architecture can change people's lives with high-quality building and spaces to create strong urban form that will adapt and repair our outer and inner cities. His designs have pioneered new types of form, programming, and mixed-use functionality.
James has lectured at Aberdeen University, Glasgow School of Art and Lincoln University and is a guest lecturer for the MA Architecture course at the University of Kent.
James worked on prestigious projects including Lillie Square, 808 homes as part of the Earls Court re-development, Stanislavsky Factory in Moscow, an RIBA 2014 award-winning mixed-use development, Holland Park Villas, a 72 unit high end residential scheme + spa overlooking Holland Park, Millbank Complex, a 300-key hotel, the regeneration of Heal’s Department Store offices, Grade 2* listed, and Dukes Court, Jermyn Street. a retail + office development for the Crown Estate.
