Lee Roberts, the maestro behind our awe-inspiring spaces for over two decades, serves as the Creative Director, stationed in London. With an unwavering focus on creativity, Lee orchestrates the design journey from concept to implementation, infusing each project with determined enthusiasm and reimagined possibilities. 

Lee's trajectory within Zebra is a testament to his expertise. Joining in 2003, he spent five formative years in the UK office, honing his craft in retail design, from concessions to expansive department stores, both domestically and internationally.

In 2008, Lee embarked on an adventurous chapter, relocating to the Middle East to spearhead and cultivate the expanding UAE office. During his eight-year tenure, hospitality emerged as a driving force. Collaborating with renowned international brands, including Shake Shack, PizzaExpress, Raising Cane’s, Genki, and P.F. Chang’s. He championed market entries and pioneered fresh concepts, leading an expanding team through design and execution.

Lee returned to London, where he embarked on a new chapter, spearheading the creative team's growth. Placing the customer at the nucleus of every encounter, he crafts spaces that transcend the ordinary, ensuring each experience is unique and truly inspiring.
