Have fun, enjoy the process, think sustainably and make sure your submission is clear and concise.'

Why are these awards so important to architects and designers?

They add a sense of achievement, but also recognition which is so important in our industry we all work very hard and to have your projects submissions recognized by your peers is a great accolade.'

What are some emerging trends in materials and surfaces you've noticed?

Sustainability is at the forefront of everything, at Resonate we say'Tread lightly on the planet use materials wisely and be innovative in reuse, preloved and re-inventing waste materials.'

Sustainability is a talking point in every project, what is your experience of successfully delivering sustainable solutions in what you do?

As above we Tread lightly, buy and source locally, encourage new ways of using existing materials in a sustainable way, re-use or purpose wherever possible.''
