Head of Member Community, Material Bank Europe
With over 10 years of work experience in the architecture and design industry, I'm passionate about working with the design community, offering solutions that make their lives easier, all while encouraging designers to prioritise sustainable options. As the Head of Member Community at Material Bank Europe, I oversee the engagement and retention of our members across the region, who use the world's largest material marketplace to start and manage their design projects. I value collaboration and diversity and I strive to provide the best service and support to our members and partners.

In my previous role as the Sustainability Lead for Humanscale UK and Ireland, I was responsible for promoting company's sustainability vision and strategy, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, such as architects, designers, consultants, and clients. I also managed the A+D team in London, where I leveraged my skills in customer relationship management, target marketing, and client relations to increase sales and market share.
