Global Projects Director, Acrylicize

John manages all aspects of end to end project delivery across a range of sectors with an intimate understanding of architectural design processes, fabrication and manufacturing techniques and on site project delivery in extremely fast paced environments. John has extensive experience in delivering projects globally acopss a range of sectors.

With excellent attention to detail, strategic planning skills, leadership experience, management and communication, John has experience in delivering across a range of sectors and disciplines. Combined with a passion for design and delivering the most exciting and innovative projects on global scale at the highest level for the most demanding clients and leading brands.

John manages Acrylicize’s key global accounts including Spotify, LinkedIn and Amazon, managing and delivering innovative and inspiring workplace and experiential design and fabrication services.

Working and collaborating with multiple global developers including Brookfield, Nuveen and Canary Wharf Group across their real estate portfolios, to oversee the design management and delivery of bespoke artworks for the public realm and property portfolios across workplace, residential and high end hospitality.

John is the first point of contact for all key accounts, client facing at all stages from concept design to project handover, collaborating with an international network of renowned architects and designers. He also oversees the delivery of projects globally, including the USA, Europe and the Middle East, whilst managing the development of delivery processes, standards and internal practices to ensure consistency and best in class offering across all projects.
Day to day management of every aspect of a project, ensuring adherence to design and build schedules, coordination with third parties and integration with wider site works requirements, including quality control throughout the fabrication process and management of delivery and installation on site.
